About
Founded by Guai SIR 杨熙 in 2009, the concept of The Independent Education Consultantancy arose from his passion for international education, as well as supporting children and their parents when making crucial, often life-changing education decisions. Understanding the individual needs of children and how to marry these with other commitments such as work, siblings or location, is a puzzle he loves to help parents solve.GuaiSIR believes that successful outcomes and realistic solutions should always be at the heart of everything we do to advise and guide our client families.
